Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

Requests for prescriptions can be made either:

• Using our Online Services;
• In writing;
• via fax on 023 9261 8100
• or in person at the surgery 8.15am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Many of the local chemists also offer a collection and delivery service.

We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours. Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays. We do not take telephone requests.
