Advance Notification of Disruption to Services between the 20th and 27th April 2010

In line with our investment into the new practice, we are upgrading our clinical systems. Our new advanced computer system is a fantastic opportunity to offer a better service to our patients, the benefits of which we hope to share with you when it is installed. One advantage will be to have all of our patients’ details on one clinical system.

During the changeover week which is from the 20th to the 27th April, we will be holding emergency surgeries only. We therefore request that patients consult only with problems that cannot wait until normal services resume on Wednesday the 28th April.

Our premises and telephone lines will be open as usual but your own doctor may not be on duty at the normal times.

We will resume normal surgery times from Wednesday 28th April 2010.

We ask that all repeat prescription requests to cover this period of disruption be submitted in writing/email/by hand to the surgery by Monday 12th April 2010 at the latest.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your cooperation.
